Client Services Manager

A Client Services Manager will be in charge of the strategic management of individual operational units. He will ensure and guide his team to achieve individual, team and customer objectives. In addition, he will also handle client relations, escalations and business development

Requirements:

  • Possessing excellent client relationship and team management skills
  • Having prior experience in handling overseas clients and escalations
  • Good team motivating skills and people management skills
  • Having good knowledge of recruitment and selection procedures
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Strong technical knowledge (preferably in Microsoft technologies, Web Based Technologies)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Should possess a minimum of 5 yrs of experience with at least 2 yrs in team management

Senior Visualizer & Designer

The visualiser would be responsible for visualizing and designing rich media ads based on creative directions, copy writing, providing directions to the production team and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor of Fine Art
  • In-dept knowledge of Web based technologies; and knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDraw
  • Should have at least 2 years of work experience in an ad agency

Campaign Management Specialist

CMS would be responsible for trafficking email campaigns, which are marketing efforts launched by a company to promote its product through email messages

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to handle pressure
  • Highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with a high energy level and willingness to work long hours or shifts
  • Should have 0-1 year of experience
  • Preferably BCA/ BSc graduate
  • Good knowledge of German and/or French ( both reading and writing skills ) is a must
  • Knowledge of HTML is a must

Database Analyst

Job Description

  • Understanding the client's data needs, executing the necessary ETLs and providing the data to the client in an appropriate format
  • Catering to day-to-day data requests from Clients
  • Writing optimized Queries/Stored Procedures to provide the necessary data to the clients
  • Development of new ETLs using MS SQL Server to automate day-to-day processes

Requirements:

  • Should be able to write optimized queries, stored procedures, and ETLs using MS SQL Server/ Oracle Should have good development experience in Microsoft Technologies
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like VB Script, Java Script and Visual Basic
  • Should have excellent communication skills with people management skills

Ad Analyst

The Ad analyst, on behalf of advertisers, creates online campaigns (a series of ads) as per instructions provided by the advertisers who buy space on Web sites & supply creative for the ads.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to handle pressure
  • Highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with a high energy level and willingness to work long hours or shifts
  • Minimum experience or freshers
  • Should be a graduate in any stream

PHP Developer

Based on clients' requirement, the developer would carry out extensive research; do analysis, followed by designing and coding the entire application. After the coding is complete, a quality check and testing is done before the application is delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in PHP, templating, e.g. Smarty.php.net
  • Knowledge of Smarty.php.net, Ajax, Javascript, XML, Soap
  • At least one years of extensive experience working on PHP
  • Good Communication and Fluency in English

Senior Database Developer

Understanding the Business logic of the client & developing custom applications based on the specifications which also includes writing complex queries, stored procedures and development of DTS (Data Transformation Services) or ETL (Extraction Transformation and Loading) packages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in Data Warehousing, DTS, ETL.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like VB Script, Java Script and Visual Basic
  • At least four years of experience
  • Good Communication and Fluency in English

Web Developer

Developing web applications to capture customer information for the client. Using ASP & integrating applications with the proprietary database running SQL Server. Maintaining existing client web sites using ASP. Testing web sites developed by us to match specifications as mentioned by the client

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in Visual Basic, ASP and .Net Applications
  • Exposure to Microsoft Technologies
  • At least two years of experience
  • Good Communication and Fluency in English
