Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work with sales teams to bring customers on board using Theorem’s outsourcing services. Knowledge transfer across different global teams at Theorem and manage service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Present and give online and in-person demos to prospects. Assist in the sales process by describing different outsourcing services, understanding the client’s business, and mapping the services to solve their needs.
- Once deal is signed, help the client get up and running, answer any questions they may have during the initial setup period. Ongoing troubleshooting when the client signs on will be required.
- Assist Theorem team managers with content for creation of process documents and project management timelines.
- Respond to RFP’s.
- Travel in US, Asia and Europe will be required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client facing skills required.
- 2 years work experience preferred but not required.
- Strong preference given to candidates with experience in the marketing space.
Tech skills:
- Exposure to databases and SQL, Datamart & OLAP concepts.
- Intermediate level coding expertise in C++, Java Script, .NET, etc.
- Experience with managing and implementing technical projects.
- Comfortable with Windows OS.
Business Development Manager
Business Development Managers are experienced sales professionals able to generate revenues from advertisers, agencies, publishers, and online ad networks. They are also accountable for sales of technical outsourcing solutions such as web and email trafficking, rich media testing, API customization, software development, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively Prospect and penetrate medium to large size regional marketing and advertising organizations to obtain dollars.
- Handling incoming leads for designated category.
- Respond to RFP’s.
- Create persuasive Sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel detailing market trends, case studies using Theorem solutions.
- Analyze client business and cross sell and up sell Theorem services and analytical capabilities.
- Work with internal Theorem (Operations, Project Managers ) to manage client expectations.
Skill set:
- BS/BA degree. MS/MA degree a plus. Degree should be in Business/Computer Science or related
- Demonstrate sales track record.
- Demonstrate superb communications skills.
