Jay Kulkarni, Founder and CEO.

Jay Kulkarni founded Theorem in 2002 and managed it from a four person startup to a company with over 200 global employees and dozens of clients sustaining hyper growth year over year. Theorem is a pioneer in offering ad operations, search operations and specialized technology and analytical services to digital marketers. Theorem incubated and launched Theorem Analytics™, an innovative solution to gather data from disparate online campaigns.

Jay is a veteran in the online advertising space having launched products that are leaders in the online industry today. As one of the earliest employees at DoubleClick, Jay headed up product management for their advertiser solutions, taking DART for Advertisers product from white board concept to over $25 million in revenue within two years. Later, he was responsible for the DARTmail platform managing both organic product development, technology integration through two mergers and managing teams across North America.

Jay has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Karnataka University, India and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology, NY.

Chandrakanth. B. N., Co-Founder And Managing Director India.

Chandra has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry and brings in a rich experience and knowledge of technical and management skills. He co-founded Theorem and is instrumental in its dynamic operations and growth as a company. He has a Master's Degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Bangalore University. On completing his Master's, Chandra managed the IT infrastructure of a manufacturing company in the Chicago area. Upon his return to India, he founded and managed a software services company, Pairee Infotech, providing software development services to clients in North America.

Jack Demetris, Director Sales.

Jack brings over 10 years of sales and sales management experience working with start-up and emerging technology companies in the software and web technology space. Before joining Theorem in 2005, Jack worked at Open Network Technologies as a Regional Sales Executive, NSW as Business Development Manager and Vice President of Sales at MD On-Line where he specialized in building and managing teams that led to significant growth during his tenure. Jack leads Theorem's domestic sales team and develops the company's network of partners in order to expand it's presence in the rapidly growing and changing online marketplace.

Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and is actively involved in fundraising activities and Alumni events.
