Jay Kulkarni, Founder and CEO
Jay Kulkarni founded Theorem, Inc. in 2002 as a startup company with four employees. Today, Theorem is global leader in creative services, media operations and analytics with 700 employees on four continents, and still growing.
Over the last ten years, Kulkarni has been the driving force behind the move to profitability and the company's extraordinary expansion, producing products and services that have become the standard in the online industry today, such as Theorem Analytics and Theorem Creations.
Kulkarni is published by several leading online publications and is a veteran of the conference speaking circuit, frequently participating in panels at OMMA and Ad:Tech.
Prior to founding Theorem, Kulkarni was one of the earliest employees at DoubleClick where he headed up product management for advertiser solutions and e mail platforms.
B. N. Chandrakanth, Co-Founder and President, Global Services
Chandra has over 15 years experience in the IT industry across the US and India. Under his leadership, Theorem India has managed to sustain hyper growth from a handful to 600 plus people over the past few years and is constantly innovating best practices to drive efficiencies and scale in the digital marketing space for marquee brands across the globe. As head of Global Services, he is responsible for the growth of Theorem services and client account management across various global blue chip clients.
After completing his Master's degree in the US, Chandra managed the software division of a manufacturing company in the Chicago area. Upon his return from the US, he founded and managed a software services company Pairee Infotech servicing North American clients. He is an active member of various networking groups in India and his profile has been featured on national TV.
He has a Master's Degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University, USA and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University.
Jack Demetris, Vice President of Business Development and Strategy
Jack brings over 15 years of sales and sales management experience working with start-up and emerging technology companies in the software and technology space. Before joining Theorem in 2005, Jack worked at Open Network Technologies as a Regional Sales Manager, NSW as Business Development Manager and Vice President of Sales at MD On-Line where he specialized in building and managing teams that led to significant growth during his tenure. Jack leads Theorem's domestic sales team, manages key relationships and works on company strategy in order to expand Theorem's presence in the rapidly growing and changing online marketplace.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and is actively involved in many industry conferences and events.
Kiran B Virupaksha, Associate Vice President – Client Services Group
Kiran Virupaksha has over 15 years of experience in Telecom and Software Industries in Business Development, Marketing, Client Relations and Customer Support functions. Before joining Theorem in 2009, Kiran has worked for big Multi- National Companies and has been instrumental in building large business relationships, consulting practices and new service offerings. He has led large teams and has been successful in building strong relationships with global clients. He is a post graduate in marketing and an Engineer in Instrumentation Technology.
Kiran manages Client Services Group (CSG) in Theorem which is responsible for solutions consulting, on boarding new client's processes and Account Management functions.
Cheryl Rosowsky, Creative Director, Theorem Creations
Cheryl began her digital graphics career in the computer games industry in 1988 at Sierra On-Line working as an animator and background artist on over a dozen games including Leisure Suit Larry, Kings Quest, and Police Quest. She then transitioned into interactive game development for Imagination Network which became WorldPlay Entertainment, a subsidiary of AOL Studios, working as a 3D artist/animator, 2D background artist and Director for New Premium Games Service on AOL Games Channel.
After a decade in the games industry, she transitioned into digital media, taking a position with Boyd Gaming Corporation as Creative Director for their interactive division. In 1999, she co-founded WebPencil.com, a digital media production firm. In 2008, WebPencil.com was acquired by Theorem, Inc. Cheryl currently is Creative Director for Theorem Creations.
Cheryl has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts from California State University, Fresno.
Marcus Harding, UK Director of Business Development.
Marcus Harding joined Theorem in 2008 when he was appointed to set up and open the UK offices based out of London. Having worked in advertising for over 10 years, and digital online media for over 6 years, Marcus joined with a wealth of experience and high level industry contacts. His responsibilities include the delivery of the region's annual new business development revenue target, promotion of the Theorem brand and services within Europe and the day to delivery of operations and client services to all existing clients. Since his arrival, Theorem has become a leader of digital media operations in the UK market and continues to grow. Through a combination of persistence, local knowledge and hard work, he has managed to establish the company in a highly competitive and important digital market.
Marcus has a Bachelor Degree in Geography from the University of Manchester, UK and various industry qualifications including certificates in Strategic & Conceptual selling and Digital Marketing.
