Jay Kulkarni, Founder and CEO

Jay Kulkarni founded Theorem in 2002 and managed it from a four person startup to a company with over 200 global employees and dozens of clients sustaining hyper growth year over year. Theorem is a pioneer in offering ad operations, search operations and specialized technology and analytical services to digital marketers. Theorem incubated and launched Theorem Analytics™, an innovative solution to gather data from disparate online campaigns.

Jay is a veteran in the online advertising space having launched products that are leaders in the online industry today. As one of the earliest employees at DoubleClick, Jay headed up product management for their advertiser solutions, taking DART for Advertisers product from white board concept to over $25 million in revenue within two years. Later, he was responsible for the DARTmail platform managing both organic product development, technology integration through two mergers and managing teams across North America.

Jay has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Karnataka University, India and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology, NY.

B. N. Chandrakanth, Co-Founder and President, Global Services

Chandra has over 15 years experience in the IT industry across the US and India. Under his leadership, Theorem India has managed to sustain hyper growth from a handful to 400 plus people over the past few years and is constantly innovating best practices to drive efficiencies and scale in the digital marketing space for marquee brands across the globe. As head of Global Services, he is responsible for the growth of Theorem services and client account management across various global blue chip clients.

After completing his Master's degree in the US, Chandra managed the software division of a manufacturing company in the Chicago area. Upon his return from the US, he founded and managed a software services company Pairee Infotech servicing North American clients. He is an active member of various networking groups in India and his profile has been featured on national TV.

He has a Master's Degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University, USA and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University.

Jack Demetris, Senior Director, Business Development, US

Jack brings over 10 years of sales and sales management experience working with start-up and emerging technology companies in the software and web technology space. Before joining Theorem in 2005, Jack worked at Open Network Technologies as a Regional Sales Executive, NSW as Business Development Manager and Vice President of Sales at MD On-Line where he specialized in building and managing teams that led to significant growth during his tenure. Jack leads Theorem's domestic sales team and develops the company's network of partners in order to expand it's presence in the rapidly growing and changing online marketplace.

Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and is actively involved in fundraising activities and Alumni events.

Ardavan Amini, Ph.D., Director of Custom Research

Ardavan Amini, Ph.D., joined Theorem in 2007 to lead the analytics division of the company. Ardavan has completed his M.S. and Ph.D. at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and has majored in Systems Engineering.

His areas of expertise are data analysis, data mining, predictive modeling and application development. Ardavan manages the rapidly expanding analytics and data services divisions at Theorem and has led the development of a cutting edge web based analytics platform called Theorem AnalyticsTM.

Ardavan works closely with the company’s worldwide sales teams and offshore technical teams to onboard and ramp large and sophisticated digital media organizations.

Ardavan is a member of the IAB Research Council, IEEE and active in various industry events. He enjoys playing soccer in his free time.

Cheryl Rosowsky, Creative Director, Theorem Creations

Cheryl began her digital graphics career in the computer games industry in 1988 at Sierra On-Line working as an animator and background artist on over a dozen games including Leisure Suit Larry, Kings Quest, and Police Quest. She then transitioned into interactive game development for Imagination Network which became WorldPlay Entertainment, a subsidiary of AOL Studios, working as a 3D artist/animator, 2D background artist and Director for New Premium Games Service on AOL Games Channel.

After a decade in the games industry, she transitioned into digital media, taking a position with Boyd Gaming Corporation as Creative Director for their interactive division. In 1999, she co-founded WebPencil.com, a digital media production firm. In 2008, WebPencil.com was acquired by Theorem, Inc. Cheryl currently is Creative Director for Theorem Creations.

Cheryl has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts from California State University, Fresno.
