CreativesOnTap.com is a an Do-it-yourself online advertising tool that allows advertisers to create display and video ads on Web sites and is currently in Beta tests.
Publishers using CreativesOnTap provide advertisers with creative freedom to design a display, Flash or video ad through the tool’s do-it-yourself technology.
