Business Development Manager

We are seeking a professional UK Business Development Manager with knowledge of the online marketing space (publishers, agencies, advertisers, etc) and/or technology outsourcing.

The ideal candidate will be versed in solution selling and looking for an entrepreneurial company to work for. Demonstrate track record of developing sales pipeline from scratch, closing deals and delivering on them.

Reporting to the founder and CEO, the individual will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of positioning the company for entry into the UK online advertising market and starting it’s sales operations from scratch.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive revenue within targeted accounts
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Position Theorem in UK market as a leader in outsourced technology services to digital marketers
  • Attract key talent and grow the UK business

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Highly motivated and strong leadership traits
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
  • Comfortable selling to senior executives and excellent client facing skills
