Powering a Digital Agency’s Campaign Metrics

Our client needed visualization capabilities in order to build reports for its brand clients that were both visually powerful and strong on data. At the same time, the client needed data management know-how for aggregation of the information in a way that would ensure that the gathered data was reliable and accurate. We helped the client devel­op a soup-to-nuts approach that would aggregate data, migrate the data to a warehouse, create processes for building reports, and present infor­mation to clients in new and dynamic ways.

Online Lookbook

Streamlined User Experience

Babies “R” Us® needed a user-friendly digital lookbook that not only showcased featured rooms and products, but also promoted awareness and drove traffic to the company’s in-store sweepstakes event. Theorem needed to create something that was aesthetically pleasing as well as user-friendly. Our solution: combine a static tool bar and a pop-out menu. A minimal tool bar and hidden menu left the remaining canvas to accommodate beautiful imagery and product hot spots. Each hot spot featured a Call to Action button that let the user purchase products directly from the Babies “R” Us Web site.

Travel Web Site Takes Flight

To ensure it stays ahead of the curve and increases its market share, a travel Web site and e-commerce merchant turned to Theorem for operational support in the forms of effect ad trafficking, streamlined online operations, and campaign management expertise. To maintain and grow its position as a market leader, the business also entrusts Theorem to make sure that advertisements that appear on the site meet stringent guidelines and standards. Jockey is a 139-year-old company with big plans to reach millennials by telling stories in fun ways that meld past and present to show the brand is both as reliable and as relevant today as it has been in the past. When Jockey wanted to launch an integrated campaign, it turned to Theorem to help it tie the digital components together. Theorem quickly established strategy, scope, and deliverables to enable rapid development of a Microsite aligned with the client’s vision. The im­pact has been significant: the site has high levels of engagement and is gaining the attention of consumers in new and important markets.

Mobile Engagement

A High-Profile Product Launch

For the launch of the Amazon Fire Phone, AT&T partnered with Theorem to provide an informa­tive and concise digital ad that would showcase the features of the new product within the digital medium. Because of the high-profile nature of this flagship product, Theorem had to work quick­ly and discreetly in order to produce for the client a high-quality ad that would heighten consumer awareness of the new phone. The use of video to illustrate the phone’s various features made the ad experience a clear and concise message about the value of this new device.

Program Management

Enhances Collaboration

A provider of direct-to-consumer marketing ser­vices that had a longstanding relationship with Theorem sought to enhance inter-team commu­nications, expand Theorem’s role in operations oversight, and optimize delivery of services. To ensure that expanding expectations were met, a program management office (PMO) was estab­lished. Collaboration between the PMO and the client ensures evolving technical and business requirements are met, that new resources are properly monitored and trained, that corrective action is taken to fill gaps in support, and that best practices are shared with the teams the PMO interfaces with in order to adopt processes and practices that optimize the business.
