In an effort to scale their business by growing their account portfolio and expanding the boundaries of their value offer, this client partnered with Theorem to augment their Search teams.


High-Quality, Reliable Search Support

The client needed a new partner to build out their Search team without incurring the costs of internal hires. Theorem would have to field a staff of Google Ads experts to partner alongside the client’s current teams.

The agency enlisted Theorem to support their existing clients and help them build a larger Search practice. They needed to establish SLAs, implement best practices, and streamline day-to-day processes.


Flexible Support Model

In collaboration with the client, Theorem audited, revamped, and standardized all pre-existing account structures, defined SLAs, and made workflows more efficient. Theorem fielded a hybrid team of onshore (copywriting) and offshore resources for strategy, analysis, and campaign management.

The end-to-end service offering included custom builds, complete with budget and first-page bidding recommendations.  Theorem then monitored all aspects of new and legacy campaigns, performing ongoing optimizations for their entire lifespan, including keyword research, manual bid adjustment, and other value-adds to ultimately grow their revenue. 



Achieved Campaign Goals & Steady State

With all campaigns meeting client-specified spending and performance goals, Theorem solidified the client’s credibility for Search expertise, enabling the client to spend more time on revenue-generating activities such as contract extensions, up-selling, etc.

To date, Theorem has built or managed 450+ regular Google Ads campaigns and 70+ Google Grant campaigns. We currently manage budgets that total ~$1.2M in paid advertising and ~$5.7M in annual Grant advertising.
